Quality Assurance Leadership
- Coordinate QA and Software Engineering efforts to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, identify dependencies, and allocate required resources for testing phases.
- Establish and maintain a test traceability matrix to ensure full coverage of requirements.
- Drive defect tracking processes, including issue triage, resolution follow-up, and escalations as needed.
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce testing processes as per organizational standards.
- Write, review, and validate detailed test cases.
- Track and report testing metrics, including test results, case coverage, defects, and performance baselines.
- Ensure content, structure, and maintenance of all related testing documentation and artifacts.
- Organize and lead meetings related to integrated testing, such as kick-offs, follow-ups, and closures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing prerequisites (data, configuration, environment readiness).
- Share best practices and lessons learned within the QA Community of Practice.
- Act as a quality advocate during program execution, supporting stakeholders in delivering high-quality milestones.
- Manage release change logs and sign off on releases post-successful testing.
- Define and apply test strategies tailored to specific initiatives, ensuring consistency across teams while allowing for customization.
- Lead initiatives to establish and track QA KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
