Magnolia opens new office in Berlin
31 January 2023, Berlin – Magnolia, the leading provider of composable Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and headless content solutions, is opening an office in Berlin. The Berlin office is an important step for Magnolia in the DACH market as it is the first office in Germany.
The opening of the Berlin office follows several strategic goals: The presence in Berlin is not only intended to further strengthen the company's position in the DACH region, but also to create spatial proximity to important corporate partners. Magnolia is already implementing numerous customer projects with agencies based in Berlin such as IBM iX, dotSource, Neofonie, Bitgrip and interactive tools.
Sebastian Stang, General Manager EMEA at Magnolia, sees the new office as a central step towards even greater proximity to corporate partners and customers: "We have been planning the move to Germany for a long time in order to strengthen our local presence. With our office in Berlin, we can work more closely together with our partners and offer our customers in Germany a central point of contact.
Magnolia's clients in Germany include, among others, the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, the DIY superstore chain OBI, Aurubis AG and Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes Berlin (KBB), which organises the Berlinale.
The opening of the new office also goes hand in hand with a new personnel addition: Anthony Poliseno is the new Chief Marketing Officer at Magnolia and previously worked at Uniform and Contentful. "Magnolia continues to expand its success in Germany and Europe with the Berlin office. The German market has long been a pioneer in DXP, CMS and headless technologies. I look forward to leveraging the local ecosystem of companies, partners and experts to continuously drive the digital experience," Poliseno concludes.
