What is the cost to attend this event?
This event is complimentary for invited partners. However, regular tickets are priced initially at USD $1980. Attendees are only responsible for their travel expenses, including air tickets and accommodation.
How do I get to the event venue?
Hotel Indigo, Bali Seminyak is located just a 30-minute car ride away from Denpasar International Airport. To reach the hotel, you have a couple of options:
1. Taxi: You can hop in a cab from the airport.
2. Grab or Gojek: Book a ride from any of these ride-hailing apps.
3. Airport Transfer: If you prefer a more organized transportation option, you can arrange for an airport transfer with the hotel. Send an email to hotelindigobali.reservations@ihg.com or levvin.winata@Ihg.com to coordinate your airport transfer details.
Can I bring my family along to the event?
Certainly! The standard hotel room at Hotel Indigo Bali is designed to accommodate up to three people. Yes, all food and beverages will be provided during the event. We have arranged for various refreshments and meals to ensure attendees have an enjoyable and satisfying experience. You can look forward to a selection of delicious food and drinks throughout the event provided by the hotel.
When should I arrive at the hotel?
Day 1 of the event starts on 11 October at 6.00pm, and the hotel begins check-in at 3.00pm.

Are flights included?
Flights are not included and all attendees are required to make their own flight bookings to and from the airport. The event venue is a 30-min ride away from the Bali Denpasar Airport, I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.
