The whole team here at Magnolia is delighted to share that we have been named as a Visionary in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms. We’re also very proud that we’re being recognized in this quadrant for the third year in a row, which we think shows that we are consistently building a strong product, innovating in our space and creating great results for our customers.

Of course, these recognitions don’t happen in isolation. We would not be anywhere without our amazing partners and the incredible customers around the world who use our products to power market-leading digital experiences.

We are particularly proud as a privately-held company that is in a market filled with venture capital backed scale ups and publicly-traded companies. We have always focussed on sustainable growth that will deliver for our customers and partners, rather than a boom and bust cycle. We believe that this is how we can deliver the technology and deep expertise that makes the power of a great DXP real for organizations around the world.

What's the vision?

We think being named a Visionary raises an inevitable question: what’s your vision?

Our vision is summed up by our dedication to our customers, and focussing on their results to drive our growth and innovation.

Real composability

When every business has a distinct market approach and customer base, why would an off the shelf solution suit their complex digital needs? This is even more important when you consider how these needs evolve over time - adding new products, markets or channels to better connect with their customers and grow.

This is why we prioritize composability for our customers - so they can adapt to thrive without major replatforming projects. We don’t have a huge suite of different tools we want to sell you. Instead we’re focussed on building our DXP solution and ensuring all of your tools can operate together, usually in a unified interface that gives users access to everything they need to do their best work.

From commerce platforms, customer data, generative AI models and more, we believe in real composability for the long term.

Real collaboration

Digital experiences are always a combination of marketing skills and technical expertise. Without both, nothing works well. That’s why we’ve built Magnolia to support both marketers and developers without compromise.

For marketers, our integrated UI, WYSIWYG editor, personalization tools and many other features make it easy to work at scale and speed.

For developers, Magnolia is easy to customize and connect to other tools, and supports robust scaling so that there’s no limit on what they can do.

Of course, collaboration is key throughout the process. We’ve built years-long relationships with agencies around the world and support them with consultation and deep training resources to ensure they can maximize customers’ results. We also work closely with other tech vendors to ensure our mutual customers get the best results.

Many of our customers are large businesses with complex content systems that we need to integrate into seamlessly. By focusing on collaboration and working with them and our partners, we can deliver great results together.

Real commitment

We’re deeply committed to our customers and helping them become successful. That’s why we invest heavily in the expertise of our team and their professional development and growth. We don’t believe in growth at all costs then lay offs down the line - that model makes it hard to build the expertise and experience that matters to our customers.

For our customers, we are committed to delivering the best value we can to our customers, to help them find great ROI from Magnolia. Similarly, we will continue to invest heavily in our security offering, to ensure our customers can always rely on Magnolia.
