3. Skill Assessment
Technical Expertise & Job-Specific Skills Assessment
A deep dive into the candidate’s professional capabilities, using tests, case studies, or technical interviews to verify their ability to perform the role’s core tasks.
4. Team Interview
Chemistry Check
A meeting with potential teammates to assess interpersonal compatibility, collaboration style, and how naturally the candidate might integrate into the existing group dynamic.
5. Final Interview(s)
Interview with the Hiring Manager / Head of Department
The final stage, where leadership evaluates overall fit, long-term potential, and readiness to contribute strategically to the department’s goals.
